  • The Success of Your Reception is Largely In The Hands of Your DJ!

There are usually many things happening at a wedding reception.  Some are formal, like the Bride and Grooms first dance and toasts by the Maid of Honor and Best Man.  Others are fun, like the cake cutting and, of course, the dance party.  It is the responsibility of the DJ to make these events happen smoothly, professionally and on time.  A great wedding DJ must be skilled and experienced.  He has to know how to make everything flow seamlessly while following the event timeline.  He must also have a personality that reaches the guests, keeps them informed and at the same time, keep the focus of attention on the Bride and Groom.

This day is too important for a well-meaning friend or a DJ who has little or no experience with weddings. This is the most important day of your life and the DJ must get everything right the first time!

    • You chose the type of music you want, from classical, jazz and popular genres.
    • Professional musicians perform for your ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner.
    • The DJ provides and manages the sound equipment for the musicians.
    • During the reception, the DJ handles the emcee duties, vendor coordination  and makes announcements.
    • After the formalities, the DJ puts on an awesome dance party.

  • One more thought...

This is the most important day of your life and there is just one chance to get it right! A friend with an iPod is not a very good choice. The lowest priced DJ you can find is probably not the right choice either. I have completed hundreds of successful weddings and events with happy clients.
